Return & Refund Policy

At Corporate Majdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we have a clear and customer-friendly return and refund process. No paperwork, no 47-step approval chain.

1. Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The return window starts from the date of delivery as confirmed by the courier tracking system.

Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition (see section 6 below).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Not a personalised or customised product (unless defective).
  • Accompanied by the order confirmation email or order ID.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for a return.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at help@corporatemajdoor.life with the subject line โ€œReturn Request โ€” [Your Order ID]โ€.
  2. Include your order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Attach photos of the product (and packaging if applicable).
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24โ€“48 hours.
  5. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with a return shipping label.

Alternatively, you may raise a support ticket on our website for faster processing.

4. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Inspection: 1โ€“2 business days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refund initiation: Within 3 business days of successful inspection.
  • Refund credit: 5โ€“7 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method (bank/card/UPI).

For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC code) when initiating the return.

Shipping charges paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

5. Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchanges for size or colour changes, subject to availability. The exchange must be requested within the 7-day return window.

To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and mention your preferred size/colour. If the requested variant is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

Exchange shipping is free for the first exchange. Subsequent exchanges on the same order may incur shipping charges.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID.
  • Clear photos of the damage/defect.
  • A photo of the shipping package (if applicable).

For verified cases of damage or defect, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping. This is our promise โ€” far more reliable than the โ€œwe will look into itโ€ you hear elsewhere.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Personalised or custom-printed products (unless defective).
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Items purchased during final clearance sales (marked as โ€œnon-returnableโ€ on the product page).
  • Stickers, pins, and small accessories below Rs. 199.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, altered, or are not in their original condition.

8. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed or shipped. To cancel, email us at help@corporatemajdoor.life or raise a support ticket immediately.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after receiving the product.

For prepaid cancelled orders, a full refund will be initiated within 3 business days to your original payment method.
