Shipping Policy

We offer the following shipping methods across India:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and courier availability. Remote areas or Northeast India may require an additional 2–3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 999. Because we believe the only thing that should be expensive is your time, not the delivery.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery within India. Express shipping charges apply separately regardless of order value.

Your Majdoori will be dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). That is faster than most approval chains in corporate India.

Orders placed after 5 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Personalised or custom orders may require an additional 2–3 business days for preparation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order on our website using the Track Order page with your Order ID and registered email.

Unlike your career trajectory, your order tracking will always give you a clear status update.

We deliver pan-India to all serviceable pin codes. This includes metros, tier-2 and tier-3 cities, and most rural areas covered by our logistics partners.

Serviceability is checked at the time of checkout. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified before placing the order. We are continuously expanding our delivery network.

International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on it — ETA is the same as your next promotion timeline.

Cash on Delivery is available on select orders and pin codes. A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change. In case of repeated COD refusals, we reserve the right to disable COD for your account.

All Corporate Majdoor orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. No one will know what is inside — not your roommate, not your manager, not even the courier. Your rebellion stays between us.

The shipping label will display a generic sender name. Product invoices are included inside the package and are also emailed to you.

If a delivery attempt fails (incorrect address, recipient unavailable, refused delivery), the courier will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

For prepaid orders: We will process a refund after deducting applicable return shipping charges. For COD orders: The order will be cancelled.
