In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you promptly of any such cancellation.

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Corporate Majdoor. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for reasons such as product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

For COD orders, an additional convenience fee may apply. Orders will be dispatched only after successful payment verification (for prepaid orders) or order confirmation (for COD).

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Website.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, slogans, taglines, illustrations, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Corporate Majdoor and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Corporate Majdoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website.
• Any content obtained from the Website.
• Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to Corporate Majdoor in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, consumers may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. We encourage you to first contact us directly so we may attempt to resolve any dispute amicably.

These Terms are also subject to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 as amended from time to time.
